Fayetteville Housing Authority strives to create a safe, inclusive, and affordable community for everyone. We believe that access to quality housing is a fundamental right that promotes intergenerational health, fosters community resilience, and unlocks opportunities for all. Our mission is to provide innovative, sustainable, and equitable solutions to housing challenges, and to empower our residents to thrive and contribute to a vibrant, diverse, and equitable society.

Fair Housing laws apply to renting & purchasing homes. The Arkansas Fair Housing Commission can receive, investigate, conciliate, and/or resolve complaints alleging violation of the Arkansas Fair Housing Act.
