Currently, the only open waiting list is for our near-elderly or disabled property, Hillcrest Towers. Qualifying individuals may pick up an application for Hillcrest Towers in the Fayetteville Housing Authority (FHA) office or by clicking here.
All other waiting lists are closed due to excessive wait times. FHA will notify the public via NWA Democrat-Gazette, our website, and social media when any list reopens.
You may contact Salvation Army or Seven Hills to be placed on their “by name” list. These agencies work with NWA Continuum of Care to assist individuals in these categories.
