If you are a current applicant on one of our waiting lists and you have received a "Next Steps: File Update Needed" letter. Please select the file below for the program application you wish to update. This may be completed electronically and emailed to admin@fayettevilleha.org or you may print a copy to submit to FHA in person or by mail: 1 N. School Ave., Fayetteville, AR 72701
